1.Spindle Common Problems and Solutions

Malfunction	the reason	Method of exclusion
After the boot does not run the spindle	1. The inverter has no output or is set incorrectly	Check that the inverter output device is correct
	2. The plug is not connected	Check the plug and wiring
	3. The connection is not good
	4. Stator wire package burned	Replace the line pack
Turn on the machine after a few seconds	1. Water damage line pack insulation	Drying line package
	2. High temperature caused damage to the line package insulation	Replace the line pack
	3. Phase loss operation causes overcurrent protection	Check the motor connection
	4. Start time is too short	Extend the acceleration time
A few seconds after the start of the motor smoke or shell hot	1. The inverter has no output voltage, frequency and spindle nameplate voltage, frequency does not match	Check the reference frequency of the inverter
	2. The inverter setting is incorrect	Reset the drive
	3. Waterway problems	Check whether the waterway is smooth
The nut is loose when starting	The rotation direction is wrong	Change the direction of rotation by nameplate
