Installation and removal of tubing
1.tInsiallation of tubing,Grasp the tubing and slowly push it into the fitting until itcomes to a stopThe tubing wil be locked by the spring gasket.
2.Remowal of tubing,Push the release button to open the sprng gasket so that the tubing can be released Note:When remove the tubing. make sure the pressure in the tubing is Zero.
3.Mounting of the speed controller.Mount the speed controber into the inlet and outlet port of the cylinder with a wrench Note: Piease refer to the fittings for the tiahtening torgue and threed screw-in deoth Operation.
4.Adjustment of the cylinder speed.Make sure the speed controller is turned off before applying air pressure.The cylinder may flyout due to the high speed if the air is inlet when the speed controller is tumed on.
5.Adjust the speed by opening the needle slowly from the fully closed state.When aneedle vaive is turned clockwise, the air flow through is reduced and the actuator speed decreases.When a neede vaive is turned counter-clockwisethe eir fow through is increased and the actuator speed increases.
6.Operation of the speed controller.
7.Do nat use tools such as plers to rotate the handle.Do notapply excessive forceor shock when the neede is at the place of top or bottom. it can cause damace or airleakage.
8.Acertain amount of leakage is atlowed in the closed state ofthe speed contraller.it is not designed for the use as stop valve with zero air leakage.
