HUF740A series ultrasonic flowmeter uses the principle of low voltage, multi-pulse time difference. Using high-precision and ultra-stable dual-level signal differential transmission and differential reception digital detection technology to measure the sound wave transmission time in the downstream and upstream directions, and calculate the flow velocity based on the time difference. It has the characteristics of good stability, small zero point drift, high measurement accuracy, wide range ratio and strong anti-interference. When the ultrasonic beam propagates in the liquid, the flow of the liquid will cause a small change in the propagation time, and the change in the propagation time is proportional to the flow rate of the liquid. When the flow rate is zero, the time required for the two sensors to transmit and receive sound waves is exactly the same (the only Technology that can actually measure zero flow): When the medium is flowing, the transmission time of the sound wave in the countercurrent direction is longer than the transmission time of the sound wave in the direction of the water flow.
