(1) Use of the best bearing
In consideration of the rigidity balance with the ball screw, the angular contact ball bearing with high rigidity and low torque (contact angle 30 °, free combination) is used. At the same time, the ultra small support units EK6 and ek8 are equipped with ultra small angular contact ball bearings developed for ultra small ball screws. The contact angle of the bearing is 45 °, the diameter of the ball is small and the number of balls is large. It is a super small angular contact ball bearing with high rigidity and precision, which can obtain stable turning performance.

The support unit has angle type and circle type series, which can be selected according to the purpose.

(3) Small and easy to install
The support unit is a small volume design considering the space around the installation. At the same time, the bearing which has been adjusted and preloaded is installed, and can be assembled directly after delivery, which not only reduces the assembly time, but also improves the assembly accuracy
