The ball screw support seat is a bearing support seat which supports the connecting screw rod and motor. The support seat is generally divided into fixed side (after adding K, for example, bk12) and support unit assembly (for example, bf12), which are all equipped with jis5 angular contact ball bearing with preloading adjustment.

The ball screw support seat is equipped with a 45 ° contact angle ball bearing developed for the ultra small ball screw, which can obtain high rigidity, high precision and stable rotation performance.

The support unit on the support side uses deep groove ball bearing. The support unit, such as EK and BK, is equipped with appropriate amount of lithium soap grease in the internal bearing, which is sealed with special sealing washer, and can be directly installed and used for a long time.

In consideration of the rigidity balance with the ball screw, the angular contact ball bearing with high rigidity and low torque (contact angle 30 °, free combination) is used. At the same time, the ultra small support units EK6 and ek8 are equipped with ultra small angular contact ball bearings developed for ultra small ball screws. The contact angle of the bearing is 45 °, the diameter of the ball is small and the number of balls is large. It is a super small angular contact ball bearing with high rigidity and precision, which can obtain stable turning performance.
